1. Return Conditions

  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

• Request: Send a return request via email to info@timytimy.ca within 14 days of receiving your package.

• Necessary Information:

  • Order number

  • First and last name

  • Reason for the return

• Authorization: After receiving your request, we will send you an authorization email.

• Returning the item: Once you receive this authorization, carefully pack the item to avoid any damage and return it to the address we will provide.

3. Refunds

• Payment Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase once the product is received and verified.

• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

• Timing: The refund may appear on your account statement within 3 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges

• Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
