Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products.
Product condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, with original labels and packaging.
Return procedure: To return a product, please contact us to obtain a return number. Then, send the product to the address we will provide.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund of the purchase amount within 10 business days.
Exceptions:

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Damaged or used products cannot be returned.

Quebec (island): 3 to 5 business days.
Outside Quebec: 5 to 15 business days.

Express: $22.
Depending on the weight:
$7 for 0 to 5 kg

Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at the time of payment and vary depending on the method chosen.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
